We deliver within Düsseldorf.
As a rule, we can often deliver earlier within an hour, but due to weather and traffic conditions it can also take longer before delivery can take place. We ask for your understanding, should it take longer.

Changes after an order

If you would like to make changes after placing your online order, please contact us directly by phone.
Please note that depending on the specific situation, we may no longer be able to meet your change requests.

Cancellation of your order

If you would like to cancel your order after placing it online, please call us directly.
